- Billing
after the first 2 hours will be calculated in 15 minute increments
– assignments over 2 hours may require more than 1 interpreter,
depending on the assignment.
- Travel
will be charged at $.36/mile for assignments outside of Rockford
proper (Rockford, Loves Park and Machesney Park) if using
interpreters from the Rockford Service or outside of DeKalb and
Sycamore if using interpreters from the DeKalb Service.
- Basic
legal fees include office visits, consultation appointments, traffic
court, police interactions, etc., while the higher fee is for bench
trials.
- Please
include musical lyrics and any written materials for Weddings and
Funerals, if possible (no short notice charge for funerals).
- Cancellations
with less than 24 hours notice are subject to full charges for the
time originally scheduled.
- RAMP
Holidays include: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good
Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day,
Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas
Day and New Years Eve.
Emergency rates for new subscribers and non-subscribers only.
Existing subscribers will maintain their current rates until their
contracts expire.
