An effective and affordable solution for creating
disability awareness in your community…

Regional Access & Mobilization Project, Inc. (RAMP) of Rockford, Illinois and Independence First of Milwaukee, Wisconsin have joined forces in creating a campaign to raise disability awareness in their communities. The campaign is themed “Real People. Real Lives. Really.” and includes three 30-second TV commercials and three 30-second radio commercials. The campaign was professionally produced by Eagle Video, a full service production company whose clients include Sears and Roebuck, Nestle, Nissan, and the Ronald Reagan Foundation. For an affordable price, RAMP and Independence First, two non-profit Centers for Independent Living, are offering the campaign to other organizations that promote independent living for people with disabilities. Upon your order, your organization’s logo and contact information will be added to each commercial.

The biggest barrier for people with disabilities are the attitudes of society. The “Real People. Real Lives. Really.” campaign creatively and effectively expresses the message that people with disabilities are just people, like everyone else and experience everyday things like going to work, enjoying hobbies and also memorable milestones, such as getting engaged to be married.
